The court having been placed on give attention to that the above refrenced individual has initiated proceedings in the united states bankruptcy court and having filed proof thereof, the court finds for righteousness cause shown that the above stled cause

It means that the territory court is deferring the lawsuit pending resolution of the bankruptcy case. If the bankruptcy case doesn't address the lawsuit, then the ex-girlfriend's mom can refile it.

My husband and I seperated a span years ago. Several months ago he told me that he was filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Then after he filed for Bankruptcy he filed for divorce. Our divorce is not ultimate yet, but almost. Today in the mail I got this
