Acrimonious costs is one thing...but it seems as though these are just clever (and legal) ways to dump pension plans...which both have done.

US Air dumped their pensions....but took some 20 million or so(not firm of exact number)....to

Bankruptcy often is barely an organizational tool. It does not mean a company must be out of money and must close down, especially for larger corporations. (People who state can still buy food, clothes, and stereos after filing for bankruptcy, too!)

Why can't Air America succeed? They blame the economy, but other radio talk shows seem to be thriving?
