Four Valeo entities (Valeo Clime Restraint Corp., Valeo Electrical Systems, Inc., Valeo, Inc. and Valeo Schalter und Sensoren GmbH) asked the Southern District of New York bankruptcy court today to give someone a pink slip with cronyism an opposed gripe filed by Delphi Corporation (now known as DPH Holdings Corp.) seeking redemption of generally $19.5 million in allegedly better transfers made in mid-2005. Delphi filed the kick in September 2007, but the grouse was initially filed under seal and was not served on Valeo. In the gen, the squawk was only unsealed and first served on Valeo on Hike 24, 2010, according to today's passage. Valeo makes multiple arguments as to why this returns, even though it was approved by the bankruptcy court, violates Valeo's due handle and other rights and should be rejected now.
