my son is needing to classify a chap 7 bankruptcy he moved from polk county fl to indian river county fl 8 mo ago but just got his drivers lisc changed to his talk over there 1 mo ago he was told he could not file untile the date on his drivers lisc showed
I would say find out with another attorney. as far as I know, as long as the person is FL resident for that period of time, he should be able to file chapter 7
im located in florida and inadequacy to know how to file a motion to remove a homestead property from a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have the form to request an emergency hearing but trouble to include a motion for removal with it and i don't know how. Do
