I have remaining lawyer bills and cannot afford to pay them what action can this lawyer take against me in Minnesota and if he does anything can i claim bankruptcy on it?
becouse i have no money that would not be a good payment scenario i dont think
The lawyer can sue you. Some authorized bills can be bankrupted, other cannot. The irony is that even bankruptcy requires you to pay some lawyer for his work.
Why not at least make the effort the others have urged to see if you can

They can go very low in monthly payments if you work with them, I'm sure you can manage $50 a month or something.
If you really can't I would still try to work something out, perhaps a delayed promissory note that you can pay in the future,
