I am in chapter 13 bankruptcy that was confirmed in February. I have made all the required payments to my trustee since I filed last September. She has NOT made a payment to my mortgage business since March and now they want to forclose on my property.

Hi I have been discharged from bankruptcy, and I just got a the humanities in the mail saying my trustee had to do my taxes again this year, because they must do it 2 years in a row. Is this true?

well, it must be if you got the word for word from the trustee. They wouldn't do it if it wasn't the law. I looked into bankruptcy and was told that. I did not choose that route though.
