Genuine property is technically anything attached to the ground (mobile home, house, etc.).
Assets are anything you own (furniture, bank accounts, bills, collectibles, etc.). Liabilities are anything you owe.
i found the website but am not secure what forms i need to file for bankruptcy. i rent an apartment, have no stocks and what not.. i am a college student who works part time. i exactly need to know what forms to get from this website.. i am filing
The laws have changed on how you get and who can documentation the forms. Used to, you could get them, fill them out yourself and file yourself. Now you have to hire someone legally certified to do it for you. This does not have to be an attorney btw...
