Publix is doing well... They have opened 60 new stores since September.... That is artificial given how the economy is..and Publix does all transaction in cash...no credit... a very solid retinue

My fuss over & I had many many shares of stock w/ Winn Dixie and after they filed bankruptcy in 2005 all common stock were wiped out and we lost it all. Can we file a annihilation on our income taxes? and how do we go about that and what is the time-line
