Im filing chaper 13, and i have to show 3 years of tax returns. 2 of them are back taxes that i am objective now going to be dealing with and then my 2007 return.

my lawyer says he needs copies of all 3 of the returns which i have. does

Part of a Chapter 13 map is rehabilitation. This includes making sure you are in compliance with tax return filing requirements.

I necessity to buy some time to get an attorney for my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. How do I file an extension to put off my meeting of creditors and the schedules and plan? I am in the royal of Nebraska.

There is no form to complete for this. You need to file your schedules well before the scheduled 341 meeting (meeting of creditors) or your bankruptcy may be dismissed. Mostly you must file all remaining documents within 15 days. Call around to several
