well my mom filed ch: 13 i believe, but ch 7 is not a real easy way out, they take all your stuff and some things you still have to pay for, get a good lawyer and dont be afraid to ask questions.

I attempted to register Chapter 7 today but because of the new bankruptcy laws it seems that I make too much money to file. I was offered Chapter 13 but really despite the law that says I settle too much...I really don't have any extra funds to pay.
